How to Upload, Organise and Share FAQs

HOW TO UPLOAD, ORGANISE AND SHARE FAQs

Many of our clients LOVE the FAQ section of SquirrelFish where they can load lots of Frequently Asked Quests (FAQs) that clients and staff always ask. It saves our clients a lot of time and effort having all FAQs in one central location as they can direct clients and staff there as well as use them in their chatbots.

The handy reminder function is a great help to ensure the FAQs are always up to date.

Our client’s Sales and Marketing teams can direct their Tour Operator and Travel Agent clients to this section when they start working together and encourage them to always look there first if they have any questions.

The process to upload and organise FAQs is much the same as for documents.

Once you are logged into SquirrelFish click directly on the ADD FAQ button on your dashboard.

If you are ever in another area of SF and want to upload a document you can also do so by:

Clicking on the blue UPLOAD button on the top menu and then select ADD FAQ

Clicking on the “Burger Menu” (3 horizontal lines) in the top right corner and selecting the ADD FAQ button

You are now in the area where you can add FAQs

If you manage various suppliers select the correct one from the OWNER dropdown box or leave as MYSELF depending on who the document applies to.

If you want to you can add a REMINDER DATE in the top right corner. Set this date to a time when you want to be reminded to check the FAQ. The system will send you a reminder message on that date.

Add your QUESTION in the TITLE that you are going to provide an answer for.

Add the ANSWER to the QUESTION in the CONTENT box.

Check that the COUNTRY is correct

Add CATEGORIES and TAGS as you learned about in uploading images and documents to help users find different kinds of FAQs more easily.

When you are ready click SAVE and the FAQ will be published into the FAQS section and be visible to your connections.
