CONNECT TO SUPPLIERS – CREATE YOUR NETWORK
Now the fun starts! You will be anxious to start connecting with your suppliers and perhaps find new ones. You will want to connect with them so that you can access and easily search and download all their digital assets.
You can view this in our video or read instructions below.
To search for suppliers and to add them to your network:
From your dashboard or from the menu click on DIRECTORY
Search for suppliers by typing their name into the search bar or searching by the country filter or the type of member category buttons.
When you find a supplier that you are interested in gaining access to their marketing resources click on their ADD TO NETWORK This sends an email to that supplier. If they agree to give you access you will receive an email to this effect and you will then start to see this supplier in your network list and be able to access their digital resources.
NB If you know the supplier, you may want to send a personal note to this supplier as well to reinforce your request.
Remember to check in regularly to see what new suppliers have joined the community. We will also keep members up to date via our newsletter and social media profiles.
MANAGE YOUR CONNECTIONS WITH SUPPLIERS
If you ever want to check who you are connected with, find a particular supplier or disconnect from one you can do all this in your NETWORK section.
From your dashboard or the “burger menu” click on VIEW NETWORK – this will show you all the travel suppliers that you are currently connected with.
To search your network use the word search bar or use the drop down menu to filter by country.
To view the assets of a particular supplier click on the VIEW button on their profile. Then click MENU and choose from MEDIA, KNOWLEDE or DOCUMENTS.
To disconnect from a supplier click the REMOVE button on their profile.
